Their feet springing off the globe symbolize their rule of the earth, personifying the gentle creatures which surroung their feet. Bonsai trees support the earth where Asia faces out; pine trees, the West. The meek are all that remain since all the predators have consumed each other. The fullness of the cornucopia is given to the rabbits and mice, the waterfalls and forests back to the doves and the frogs. Is there something we can learn from these creatures.
